COSMONKS
IN AFTERBURN
A study in melodic punk. You'd think these guys have been roaming the sandy beaches of C.A., and not as it happens the muddy roads of rural Denmark. Neverteless, what we are talking about here is high octane, high standard power punk. Up-tempo, tight and breathtaking.

CREEP

This Los Angeles based outfit have pulled a cd bristled with catchy melodic pop punk. What's Wrong With Myself is a significant statement in the world of alternative rock. Featuring on vocals; Playboy model Sonia Vassi.

THE CARTELS
KINGPINS
This is The Cartels. Vancouver born & raised, with a penchant for chrome & whitewall rubber. A band who preferred the bowling courts to school and reportedly they've not to this date come across a Ramones album they didn't like. Listen to Kingpins and you'll wonder if the last 20 years of musical evolution have left The Cartels unaffected. The answer to that must be; hell yes! The many hours spent in damp garage rehearsing new songs, tunin'up for the next gig, completely isolated from the outside world have left The Cartels with a firm belief that genuine, straight forward punk rock simply can't be matched. With melodic hook lines that stick to you like flies on horse dung, and a rock'n' roll look that would give any Elvis lookalike a run for his money.

SMILE
Godless Wicked Creeps from Aarhus, Denmark, started their musical career back in 1993, and did several 7" singles and full-length albums before they split-up in 2002. The band toured all over Europe and in the US, even Canada were visited. "Smile" is the 4th album by these grazy psychobilly rockers. GODLESS WICKED CREEPS are pure TNT live as well as on records. With their very unique sound and wild live performance GWC have build up a reputation of being one of the most original bands on the psychobilly scene. With their deep roots in rockabilly and punkrock, these two raw and energetic forms together with country, surf and blues played hard and tight by a standing drummer, slappin' doublebass played at the speed of sound, howlin' hell guitar and a singer who means it... That's GWC!

LADY LUCK
LIFE IN BETWEEN
Lady Luck (N.Y.C. New York) is a band fueled by progression. Sometimes loud and razor sharp, sometimes breathlessly quiet, always dynamic; Lady Luck's style is neither easily categorized nor ignored. The music is melodic, driven and occasionally dissonant. It displays a kind of focussed determination that is interested in redefining the current standards in music rather than mimicking them. New wave for the milenium! Featuring Denise Miret on vocals, Roger Miret (Agnostic Front) on bass.

NOZZLE
WINTER
Although 'Winter' is the debut album by Nozzle, some of the musicians have already collected lots of experience in other bands. David Blomberg (g/v) and James David (d) are members from New Model Army, too. Nevertheless, you can't compare Nozzle to the New Model Army. The only thing that both bands have in common is that they are playing Rock music. But the main difference is that the music played by Nozzle doesn't contain any Folk parts (!). Nozzle prefer to play Neil Young like Rock ballads, but combined with lots of noise and distortions!

THE GUV'NORS
HIGHROLLER
A debut not to be overlooked! 14 killer tracks including cover versions of both Slade and Motorhead. Straight up, no bullshit street-rock'n'roll with an attitude! A mixture of 70's glam and punk, with 80's hardcore and Oi! attitudes. The Guv'nors play crisp clean noise that just wont quit, with a sneering singalong to top it all off. Recorded at Tue Madsen's Antfarm Studio. Featuring members of Barcode, HateSphere, Skaloot, The Outfit and more. Pour a pint to the brim and get ready for some pub-rock fun! -H. Berry Zimmerman (Scratchmagazine.com)
